摘 要:目的:基于网络药理学,初步探讨预测锁阳乙酸乙酯部位促智作用的有效成分及作用靶点。方法:通过相关数据库、网站及软件进行靶点筛选、蛋白互作及通路富集。结果:通过对病靶和药靶的分析,得到2个共靶及3条通路。结论:蒙药锁阳可通过多成分-多靶点-多通路的调控网络发挥促智作用,对锁阳促智作用的网络药理学研究可以为蒙药对阿尔茨海默病治疗的分子机制研究提供参考。Objective:To study the main active ingredients and targets for nootropic effect of ethyl acetate part of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr.based on network pharmacology.Methods:Target screening,protein interaction and pathway enrichment were performed with the relevant databases,websites and softwares.Results:Two common targets and three pathways were obtained through the analysis of disease targets and drug targets.Conclusion:Mongolia medicine Cynomorium songaricum Rupr.can promote intelligence by the regulation network of multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway.The study of network pharmacology on the efficacy of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr.on nootropic activity can provide reference for the study of molecular mechanism of Mongolian medicine in the treatment of alzheimer’s disease.
