摘　　要：目的:对武汉客厅方舱医院药品使用情况进行分析,并结合患者构成和病情特点、用药目录,深入探讨用药特点,针对性提出方舱医院的药物治疗、目录及供应模式的建议。方法:对武汉客厅方舱医院储备和消耗的抗疫药物的用量与金额进行统计分析,并与《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第七版)》进行对比,挖掘方舱医院新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)轻症患者的用药特点及规律。结果:武汉客厅方舱医院共储备156种药品,总金额375.86万元;实际用药品种99个,实际消耗金额为134.05万元,人均药物治疗费用为761.67元。57种储备药品未使用,未消耗药品金额为241.81万元。已使用药品中,中药19种,用药金额为801670.64元,抗疫化学药物32种,用药金额为482071.36元,基础疾病用药等其他药物48种,用药金额为56793.73元。中药、阿比多尔和莫西沙星口服制剂是COVID-19轻症患者的主要治疗药物;用量前10位药品中有8种为诊疗方案所推荐,强力枇杷露、兰索拉唑肠溶片为诊疗方案外的高频用药。结论:方舱医院用药基本符合诊疗方案,同时根据患者病情特点进行了有效调整。方舱医院药品储备基本满足患者用药需求,药品供应模式可以更加优化与经济。Objective:To analyze the data of drug use of mobile cabin hospital,and integrate characteristics of patient composition,medication list and symptoms of Corona Virus Disease 2019,to provide reference for the treatment,list and supply mode of mobile cabin hospital.Methods:The number and value of the reserve and used drugs were analyzed and compared with Corona Virus Disease 2019 Diagnosis and Treatment Plan(trial version 7 th),to find out the characteristics and rules of medication.Results:Mobile cabin hospital had a total reserve of 156 kinds of drugs,with a total amount of 3.7586 million yuan,which contains 19 kinds of Chinese medicines,32 kinds of chemical drugs and 48 kinds of basis medicines.The cost of drug treatment per capita is 761.67 yuan.Chinese medicines,abidor and moxifloxacin are the major drugs for Corona Virus Disease 2019 patients with mild symptoms.The top ten drugs are basically consistent with the treatment plan.Powerful loquat syrup,antianxiety and hypnotic drugs and lansoprazole enteric coated tablets are the high-frequency drugs beyond the plan.Conclusion:The medication of mobile cabin hospital is basically in accordance with treatment plan and adjusted according to the characteristics of patients.The reserve medicine can basically meet the needs of patients.The drug supply mode can be more optimized and economical.
