摘  要:[目的]SPS夹层板具有优越的抗冲击性能,可应用于船艏局部加强设计中,以提升船艏的抗砰击性能。[方法]采用非线性有限元软件LS-DYNA,分析基于质量相当原则设计的SPS覆层船艏在外飘砰击载荷作用下的结构吸能、应力等力学行为,并与传统钢质船艏的吸能特性进行对比分析。[结果]研究结果表明,SPS覆层船艏的总体比吸能峰值与钢质船艏相比提升了18.2%;SPS覆层外板是船艏的主要吸能组件,与钢质外板相比,SPS覆层外板组件的比吸能峰值最大增幅为41.3%;SPS覆层船艏的内部板架应力峰值更小。[结论]将SPS覆层应用于船艏局部加强能显著提升结构的吸能效果,缓冲砰击载荷,降低内部结构应力,保障结构安全,是一种提高船艏总体砰击极限承载力的有效手段,研究结果可为高性能船舶设计制造提供参考。[Objectives]Sandwich plate system(SPS)has superior impact resistance and can be used in a design for the partial strengthening of a bow to improve its anti-slamming performance.[Methods]Nonlinear finite element software LS-DYNA is used to analyze the structural energy absorption and stress of the SPS-clad bow under slamming loads,designed according to the principle of mass equivalence.The energy absorption characteristics of the SPS-clad bow are then compared with those of a traditional steel bow.[Results]The results show that the peak specific energy absorption of the SPS-clad bow is 18.2%higher than that of the steel bow;the outer panel of the SPS cladding is the main energy absorption component of the bow,and the increase in the peak specific energy absorption of the SPS cladding of the bow is 41.3%higher than that of the steel bow;the peak stress of the inner panel of the SPS-clad bow is smaller.[Conclusions]The application of SPS cladding for the partial strengthening of a bow can significantly improve the energy absorption effect of the structure,buffer slamming loads,reduce internal structural stress and ensure structural safety.It is an effective means of improving the overall ultimate bearing capacity of a bow under slamming conditions.These research results can provide references for the design and manufacture of high-performance ships.
