摘 要:[目的]为增强舰船电磁屏蔽涂料的环境适应性,对其进行理论及试验研究。[方法]首先对电磁屏蔽技术进行理论分析与计算,获取评估铝基材表面涂覆层导电性能的方法;其次选取4种不同型号的电磁屏蔽涂料(国外CHO型、国内HHY型、QJH型和NS型),采用刷涂和喷涂2种工艺方法制备试验样件,通过环境适应性试验研究各型号电磁屏蔽涂料涂覆层导电性能的变化情况。[结果]研究表明:当采用同种工艺方法时,HHY型和QJH型电磁屏蔽涂料涂覆层的导电性能较好;当采用同种电磁屏蔽涂料时,喷涂工艺制备的涂覆层导电性能更好。[结论]所做研究可为电磁屏蔽涂料在舰船电子设备中的应用提供参考。[Objectives]In order to improve the environmental adaptability of ship electromagnetic shielding coating,a theoretical and experimetal study is performed.[Methods]first,through the theoretical analysis of electromagnetic shielding technology,a method is obtained for evaluating the electrical conductivity of a coating layer on the surface of aluminum substrate.Second,four different types of electromagnetic shielding coating,namely foreign CHO and domestic HHY,QJH and NS,are prepared as experimental samples through brushing and spraying respectively.Afterwards,a study on the electrical conductivity of various types electromagnetic shielding coating is carried out via an anti-harsh environment adaptability test.[Results]The results show that,(1)in the case of the same process method,the coating properties of the domestic HHY and QJH were excellent;and(2)in the case of the same electromagnetic shielding coating,the coatings prepared using the spraying process have the best conductivity.[Conclusions]This study can provide references and guidance for the application of electromagnetic shielding coating to ship electronic equipment.
