摘 要:解剖壳长(53.24±2.23)mm缢蛏Sinonovacula constricta的外套膜组织,经H·E染色和特殊染色等组织学和组织化学方法研究了外套膜组织结构与细胞化学成分。组织学观察表明:外套膜由边缘膜和中央膜组成,无边缘膜突起;边缘膜由内外侧上皮、结缔组织、肌纤维及分布在其中的粘液细胞组成。组织化学研究显示:上皮细胞和分泌细胞内含物中含有丰富的糖类;外侧上皮和肌纤维蛋白质含量较高;在外侧上皮中检测到较强的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性。本研究结果可为解决缢蛏贝壳易破损、运输中大量死亡等问题提供参考。In this experiment,the mantle membrane tissue of razor clam Sinonovacula constricta with shell length of(53.24±2.23)mm was dissected,fixed in Bouin’s solution and was histologically and histochemically observed by H·E staining and Modified Gomorri calcium cobalt method and special staining method to explore the tissue structure and cytochemical composition of the mantle.Histological observations showed that the mantle was composed of an edge membrane and a central membrane,without edge membrane protrusions.The edge membrane was composed of the inner and outer epithelia,connective tissue,myofiber,and the mucous cells distributed therein.The histochemical observations showed that epithelial cells and secretory cell inclusions were rich in sugars.The outer epithelium and myofibers had high protein content,while strong alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity was detected in the lateral epithelium.It is a foundation for solving the problems of a large number of deaths in the transportation process caused by the easy breakage of the shell and for understanding of tissue structure and cytochemical composition of the mantle membrane.
