摘  要:为优化当归藤(Embelia parviflora Wall)中总黄酮提取工艺,在单因素试验的基础上,以提取溶剂体积分数、料液比和提取时间为影响因素,采用L9(3^4)正交试验优化当归藤中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,提取溶剂体积分数、料液比和提取时间对当归藤中总黄酮提取率均有显著影响,优化后的当归藤中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为50%乙醇溶液料,液比1∶200,提取时间120 min,芦丁质量浓度在9.16~54.96μg/mL(r=0.9998)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.6%(n=6),RSD为2.2%。To establish the extraction technology and content determination method of total flavonoids in Embelia parviflora Wall.On the basis of single factor experiment,the optimum extraction technology of total flavonoids from Embelia parviflora Wall was optimized by L9(3^4)orthogonal test,and the content of total flavonoids in Embelia parviflora Wall was determined.Results showed that the extraction solvent concentration,the ratio of material to liquid,and the extraction time all had significant effects on the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Embelia parviflora Wall.The optimum extraction technology of total flavonoids from Embelia parviflora Wall was material-liquid ratio of 1:200,and reflux extraction at 100℃ in water bath for 120 min.The linear relationship of rutin concentration was good in the range of 9.16~54.96μg/mL(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 97.6%(n=6),and RSD was 2.2%.
