摘　　要：互联网技术对国民经济和农村经济产生了深刻影响,通过运用互联网大数据的分析能力,推动了农村一二三产业的融合,促进农村经济转型升级。农产品质量安全问题频发的状况,也暴露出现阶段农产品质量安全法律的不完善。因此,在解释相关法律概念、分析相关法律缺陷的前提下,提出适合“互联网+农业”背景下的农产品质量安全法律规制路径的建议。Internet technology has had a profound impact on the national economy and the rural economy.Through the use of the analysis ability of Internet big data,it has promoted the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas and promoted the transformation and upgrading of the rural economy.The frequent occurrence of agricultural product quality and safety problems also exposes the imperfections of agricultural product quality and safety laws.Therefore,on the premise of explaining the relevant legal concepts and analyzing the relevant legal defects,this paper proposed the legal regulation path of agricultural product quality and safety in the context of“Internet+agriculture”.
