摘 要:以前期筛选出的辽宁滨海稻区耐盐高产水稻品种盐丰47为试材,研究了盐胁迫下对供试材料叶片叶绿素含量、渗透调节物质积累和离子吸收及转运的影响。结果表明:盐碱胁迫下,供试材料叶绿素含量降低,且随胁迫浓度增加降幅增大,盐丰47降幅均小于秋光。果糖、葡萄糖、可溶性蛋白和游离氨基酸等渗透调节物质积累量增加,盐丰47增幅大于秋光。各器官水平上Na^+含量均随梯度增加而增大,其中叶片的增幅盐丰47小于秋光,茎部的增幅盐丰47大于秋光。K^+、Ca^2+吸收量降低,盐丰47降幅小于秋光。可见,盐碱胁迫下,耐盐品种盐丰47具备积累较多的渗透调节物质和较强器官水平上的拒盐能力,这是其更能适应盐胁迫环境的生理优势。The salt-tolerant and high-yielding rice variety Yanfeng 47,which was selected in the Liaoning coastal rice area as a test material,was used to study the effects of salt stress on the chlorophyll content,osmotic adjustment substance accumulation,ion absorption and transport of the test material leaves.The results showed that under saline-alkali stress,the chlorophyll content decreased,and the decrease amplitude increased with the increase of stress concentration,but the decrease amplitude of Yanfeng 47 was less than that of Akihikari.The accumulation of osmotic adjustment substances such as fructose,glucose,soluble protein and free amino acids increased,and the increase of Yanfeng 47 was greater than that of Akihikari.At the organ level,the Na+content increased with the increase of the gradient.Among them,the increase of the leaves of Yanfeng 47 was less than that of Akihikari,and the stem of Yanfeng 47 was greater than Akihikari.The absorption of K+and Ca^2+decreased,and the decrease of Yanfeng 47 was smaller than that of Akihikari.It can be seen that under salt-alkali stress,the salt-tolerant variety Yanfeng 47 has the ability to accumulate more osmotic adjustment substances and salt rejection ability at the level of organs,which is the physiological advantage of being adnptable to salt slress environment.
