摘  要:建立一种机电产品可靠寿命消耗评估和寿命管理方法,给出其可靠损伤、可靠寿命消耗和剩余可靠寿命百分比及其置信限的计算公式。该方法可以根据单个机电产品在使用过程中完成的不同任务,对应的不同载荷,计算其可靠损伤和可靠寿命消耗百分比单侧置信上限,实现单机寿命监控。并根据其剩余可靠寿命百分比单侧置信下限和各次任务消耗的可靠寿命百分比单侧置信上限,科学合理安排该机电产品的后续任务以及维修和报废,实现对单个机电产品的寿命管理。文中还详细讨论了航空发动机零部件疲劳、蠕变以及它们相互作用下的可靠寿命消耗评估方法。Reliable life consumption assessment and life management methods for electromechanical products are proposed in this paper,and the formulas of reliable damage,percentages of reliable life consumption and residual reliable life as well as their confidence limits are also given.According to different tasks and corresponding loads during the use of a single electromechanical product,the proposed methods can calculate the upper confidence limits of reliable damage and reliable life consumption percentage so as to monitor the product's life.And based on the lower confidence limit of residual reliable life percentage and the upper confidence limits of reliable life percentages consumed in the tasks,the method can scientifically arrange the follow-up tasks,repair and scrap to realize the life management of the electromechanical product.In addition,the paper also discusses the reliable life consumption assessment methods of aero-engine parts under the fatigue,creep and their interaction in detail.
