摘 要:基于数字仿真的机械产品可靠性测试具有模型参数化、环境条件数字化、分析过程智能化、数据处理批量化及自动化等特点,能够满足不同应用场景下的机械产品可靠性测试要求,实现对机械产品可靠性的全面、准确测试与评估。本文重点研究了基于数字仿真的机械产品可靠性测试流程,并以案例的形式给出两种不同应用场景下基于数字仿真的机械产品可靠性测试过程,以指导企业建立数字化的可靠性测试体系,实现产品性能的快速、持续改进及企业竞争力的稳步提升。The reliability test of mechanical products based on digital simulation has the characteristics of model parameterization,digitalization of environmental conditions,intelligent analysis process,batch data processing and automation.It can meet the requirements of reliability test of mechanical products in different application scenarios,and realize the comprehensive and accurate test and evaluation of reliability of mechanical products.This paper focuses on the reliability testing process of mechanical products based on digital simulation,and presents the reliability testing process of mechanical products based on digital simulation in two different application scenarios in the form of cases,so as to guide enterprises to establish a digital reliability testing system and achieve rapid and continuous improvement of product performance and steady improvement of enterprise competitiveness.
