摘　　要：首先对我国科技成果评估工作历史情况进行梳理,并对国际上科技成果评估第三方机构的构架和运行机制进行分析。在此基础上分析我国第三方科技成果评估机构存在的问题,并对我国科技成果评估机构建设提出建议。This article firstly sorts out and analyse the historical situation of the evaluation of Chinese scientific and technological(S&T)achievements as well as the framework and operation mechanism of the international third party institutions about S&T achievements evaluation.On the basis of the above discussions,the problems of Chinese third-party S&T achievements evaluation institutions are analysed,and offer a proposal about Chinese S&T achievement appraisal organization construction.
