摘　　要：文中分析了在线式CCD图像尺寸测量系统的结构及其工作原理,参考相关国家和企业标准,针对测量系统的测量范围、被测对象的技术参数等确定了测量系统的尺寸示值误差的校准方法,试验结果表明该校准方案科学有效,可以满足测量系统的校准要求。This paper analyzes the structure and working principle of the on-line CCD image size measurement system.Referring to the relevant national and enterprise standards,the calibration method of the size indication error of the measurement system is determined according to the measurement range of the measurement system and the technical parameters of the tested object.The test results show that the calibration scheme is scientific and effective and can meet the calibration requirements of the measurement system.
