摘  要:电气设备的温升值对设备的工作性能和安全都有着重要的影响,对于照明电器产品而言,温升测试在产品质量检测中占有重要的地位。然而,传统的温升测试方法过程复杂耗时,工作效率较低,测试结果的准确性和一致性也存在偏差。文中结合照明电器产品的自身特点及其在产品检测中对器件温升测试的实验实践和工程需求,开展对电感镇流器绕组线圈的温升特性研究和智能绕组温升测试系统的设计。针对传统断电测量绕组温升测试方法的一些不足,提出在线测量绕组温升的基本方案并对其关键技术和具体的测试过程、注意事项等进行介绍。The temperature rise of electrical equipment has an important influence on the working performance and the safety of equipment,the temperature rise test of ballast winding plays an important role in the inspection of the quality for lights.However,the traditional method of temperature rise test,time consuming process,low efficiency,and also deviation in the accuracy of test results and consistency.Based on the characteristics of lighting products and the experiment and engineering practice in demand in the temperature rise test for lights,the research on characteristics of the rise of temperature of the winding coil in inductance ballasts is carried out and an automatic temperature rise test system for windings is designed in this paper.An intelligent temperature rise test system for windings is designed aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional winding temperature rise test methods.The basic scheme of online winding temperature rise measuring is brought out and also the key technology and the specific attention needed in the testing process are introduced.
