摘 要:为筛选出适于防除长江中下游地区小麦田主要恶性杂草的高活性除草剂,采用室内整株生物测定法测定了日本看麦娘和猪殃殃对小麦田常用除草剂的敏感性。试验结果表明:在推荐剂量范围内,丙草胺、异丙隆、绿麦隆、氟噻草胺和吡氟酰草胺等5种小麦田除草剂土壤处理均对日本看麦娘有较好的毒力作用;精[口恶]唑禾草灵、炔草酯、唑啉草酯、甲基二磺隆、环吡氟草酮、啶磺草胺、三甲苯草酮、异丙隆、绿麦隆等9种常用除草剂茎叶处理对日本看麦娘毒力效果显著。土壤处理剂氟噻草胺、吡氟酰草胺和茎叶处理剂灭草松、氯氟吡氧乙酸、唑草酮对猪殃殃的毒力较好,ED90值均低于各自推荐剂量。因此在实际生产中可以根据不同的草相应用不同的高活性除草剂,以提高防除效果。In order to screen high-activity herbicides suitable for controlling main weeds in wheat fields of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,indoor bioassay was used to test the sensitivity of Alopecurus japonicus and Galium aparine to common herbicides.The results showed that five soil treatment agents,pretilachlor,isoproturon,chlortoluron,flufenacetand diflufenican,all had a better toxic effect on A.japonicus at the recommended dose range.9 kinds of stem leaf treatment agents including fenoxaprop,clodinafop,pinoxaden,mesosulfuron,huanbifucaotong,pyroxsulam,tralkoxydim,isoproturonand chlortoluron were significant effective on controlling A.japonicus.The soil treatment agents,flufenacet anddiflufenican,and the stem leaf treatment agents,bentazone,fluroxypyr and carfentrazone-ethyl,werebettertoxicto G.aparine,andtheirED 90 values were lower than the recommended doses.According to different grasses,different high-activity herbicides should be used to improve control efficiency.
