摘　　要：航天精细化管理是质量文化的组成部分,体现了“严、慎、细、实”和质量零缺陷的管理理念,也是坚持文化自信的典型实例。在航天器发射场工作中,为实现精细化管理和质量零缺陷的目标,开展了发射场工作过程中“两引领、四结合”的物质层面、制度层面、行为层面和精神层面的质量文化建设,建立了全员参与、全过程管理、全方位监控的精细化质量管理体系,以确保型号任务圆满成功。Refined Management is an integral part of aerospace quality culture,which embodies the management concept of strict,careful and accurate management and zero quality defects,and it is also a typical example of adhering to cultural self-confidence.In the work at the launch site,to achieve the goal of refined management and zero quality defects,we have carried out'two leaders,four combinations'quality and cultural construction at the material,institutional,behavioral and spiritual levels,a refined quality assurance system with full participation,full process management and all-round monitoring has been established,which make sure the flight task being a complete success.
