摘　　要：航天型号用螺栓连接预紧力的检测与监测十分重要。研究设计了一种智能螺栓预紧力监测系统,由智能螺栓和测试系统两大部分组成,把螺栓直接作为测力元件的传感器,以最直接的方式对作用在螺栓上的预紧力进行测量,实现对航天型号关键部位和重要结构上的螺栓连接预紧状态的监测,为评价螺栓连接结构的可靠性提供了一种有效手段,具有广阔的应用前景。The detection and monitoring of the pre-tightening force of bolt connection for aerospace models are very important.A pre-tightening force monitoring intelligent bolt system is designed,which consists of two parts:intelligent bolt and test system.The bolt is directly used as a load cell sensor,in the most direct way to measure the preload force acting on the bolt to realize the monitoring of the pretightening state of the bolt connection on the key parts and important structures of the aerospace model.This provides an effective means for evaluating the reliability of the bolt connection structure,and has a broad application prospect.
