摘　　要：在长达半个多世纪的太空探索和工程实践过程中,美国航天局(NASA)形成了一套健全的安全性、可靠性、维修性及寿命评估体系,并通过各产品研制生产方、NASA的空间安全咨询委员会(ASAP)、安全和任务保证办公室(OSMA)、工程和安全中心(NESC),以及美国政府问责局(GAO)等各级组织机构予以实施,从而确保了航天工程整体的可靠性和安全性水平。对国际空间站安全性、可靠性、维修性及寿命评估的组织、对象、方式、时机和方法分别进行了归纳总结,以期为我国载人航天工程安全性、可靠性、维修性及寿命评估工作提供参考和启示。After more than half a century of space exploration and engineering practice,NASA has developed a sound safety,reliability,maintainability and life assessment method.It is implemented by various product developments and production parties,ASAP,OSMA,NESC,GAO and other organizations to ensure the overall reliability and safety level of the space engineering.This paper summarizes the organization,object,mode,timing and method of safety,reliability,maintainability and life assessment of the International Space Station,which may provide some references and enlightenments for the safety,reliability,maintainability and life assessment of China's manned spaceflight engineering.
