摘  要:基于A企业循环水泵流量高于生产实际需求,从而造成电能大量浪费的现状,对其中两台循环水泵进行变频改造,另一台维持原状,并对改造前后的用电量进行对比。结果显示,通过变频改造可以明显降低电能消耗量,进而降低企业生产成本,具有较好的经济效益。Based on the current situation that the flow of circulating water pump in A Enterprise was higher than the actual pro-duction demand,resulting in a large amount of waste of electric energy,two of the circulating water pumps were transformed by frequency conversion,and the other one remained unchanged,and the power consumption before and after the transformation was compared.The results show that the power consumption can be significantly reduced by frequency conversion transformation,and then the production cost of the enterprise can be reduced,which has better economic benefits.
