摘 要:基于新型传热材料,构建了一种2 MW新型余热暖风器系统,利用烟气余热加热空预器入口风温减缓空预器腐蚀,提高锅炉效率。暖风器系统投运后烟气余热利用负荷达到1.5 MW,提高空预器入口一次风温15.6℃。实践证明,传热材料受热激发后即可在温差驱动下实现传热,不需要消耗循环动力,系统简单,运维可靠。Based on the new heat-transfer material,a new type of 2 MW waste heat air heater system was constructed,which used the waste heat of flue gas to heat the inlet air temperature of the air preheater to slow down the corrosion of the air preheater and improve the efficiency of the boiler.After the heater system was put into operation,the residual heat utilization load of flue gas reached 1.5 MW,and the primary air temperature at the air preheater inlet was increased by 15.6℃.It has been proved that the heat-transfer material can realize heat transfer under the driving of temperature difference after being excited by heat,without the consumption of cycle power,the system is simple and the operation and maintenance is reliable.
