摘 要:A电厂四角切圆燃烧锅炉炉膛结渣严重。分别从炉膛设计结构特性、炉内空气动力工况、锅炉运行调整及入炉煤质特性等方面进行分析。通过分析认为,锅炉燃用煤质的较大变化是造成炉膛结渣的主要原因。调整混煤掺烧方案或进行燃烧器改造是解决该问题的有效途径。通过混煤掺烧试验,减少低热值煤的掺烧量后,炉膛结渣明显减轻。The slagging is serious in furnace of tangentially fired four-corner boiler in A Power Plant.This paper analyzed the characteristics of furnace design structure,aerodynamic working condition in furnace,boiler operation adjustment and coal quality characteristics in furnace.Through the analysis,it is considered that the main cause of furnace slagging is the great change of coal quality.The effective way to solve this problem is to adjust the plan of mixed coal combustion or to reform the burner.Through the mixed coal combustion test,the slagging in the furnace is obviously reduced after the amount of low calorific value coal is reduced.
