摘　　要：由于矿山恶劣的生产环境,机械设备在运行过程中容易发生各种故障,影响煤矿的正常生产。为了能及时地对矿山机械设备故障进行维修,必须对机械设备的故障进行准确的诊断。分析了矿山机械设备发生故障的原因,介绍了故障诊断的基本原理及一些诊断的方法,可以为矿山机械设备的故障诊断提供一定的参考。Due to the bad production environment of the mine,the mechanical equipment is prone to various failures in the opera-tion process,which affects the normal production of the coal mine.In order to maintain the mechanical equipment faults in time,it is necessary to diagnose the faults accurately.This paper analyzed the causes of the failure of mining mechanical equipment,introduced the basic principles of fault diagnosis and some diagnostic methods,which can provide some reference for the fault diagnosis of mining mechanical equipment.
