摘 要:心脏瓣膜病在我国为一种比较常见的心脏疾病,其中,最为常见的是由风湿热所引起的瓣膜损害,而充血性心力衰竭为其最常见且最严重的合并症。当前,除了外科方法和介入治疗飞速发展外,当心脏瓣膜病发展致充血性心力衰竭时,药物治疗仍尤为重要。本文结合当前研究实际,就心瓣膜病血流动力学的特点,对充血性心力衰竭的药物治疗进展作一综述。Valvular heart disease is a common heart disease in China,the most common one is the valve damage caused by rheumatic fever,and congestive heart failure is the most common and serious complication.At present,in addition to the rapid development of surgical methods and interventional therapy,when the development of heart valve disease leads to congestive heart failure,drug treatment is particularly important.Based on the current research situation,this paper reviews the development of drug therapy for congestive heart failure according to the characteristics of hemodynamics of valvular heart disease.
