摘　　要：目的:为规范使用NSAIDs进行癌痛治疗,提升癌痛患者镇痛治疗效果,降低癌痛患者用药风险,降低不良发应发生率提供参考。方法:介绍NSAIDs作用特点、在癌痛治疗中的作用、与其他药物的相互作用、特殊群体的应用。结论:NSAIDs是贯穿于癌痛三阶梯镇痛治疗的基础药物,无论是单独应用还是联合镇痛均发挥着重要作用,可降低爆发痛患者的危险因素,与部分抗肿瘤药物、降压药、糖皮质激素、抗凝药物等有相互作用并影响疗效,用药剂量具有“封顶效应”,特殊群体要遵循个性化用药。Objective To provide a reference for standardizing the use of NSAIDs for cancer pain treatment,improving the analgesic effect of cancer pain patients,reducing the risk of medication for cancer pain,and reduce the incidence of adverse symptoms.Methods Introduce the characteristics of NSAIDs,their role in the treatment of cancer pain,interaction with other drugs,application of special groups.Results and Conclusions NSAIDs are the basic drugs used in the three-step analgesic treatment of cancer pain.Whether used alone or in combination,they play an important role.They can reduce the risk factors of patients with outbreak pain,interaction with some anti-tumor drugs,antihypertensive drugs,glucocorticoids,anticoagulants,etc,and affect the curative effect,the dosage has a"cap effect",special groups should follow personalized medication.
