摘　　要：酰腙键是一种pH响应的动态共价键,基于酰腙键的动态聚合物在自愈合材料、药物控释等方面有潜在的应用价值,因此受到广泛关注。文中先从松香出发,合成了丙烯海松酸双酰肼(APA-(CONHNH2)2)凝胶因子,并与含苯甲醛端基的三臂聚乙二醇(3-arm-PEG-CHO)凝胶因子反应制备了基于酰腙键的松香基聚合物凝胶。利用红外光谱进行了结构表征,考察了乙酸加入量和凝胶因子质量分数对凝胶形成的影响,并对该凝胶的溶胀性能、溶胶-凝胶可逆转换、自愈合性能进行了测定。结果表明,该凝胶的形成时间随乙酸加入量和凝胶因子质量分数的增加而缩短;凝胶因子质量分数为20%时,凝胶溶胀率达到489.9%;凝胶在溶胶与凝胶之间实现可逆转换,并具有良好的自愈合能力。Acylhydrazone bond is pH-responsive dynamic covalent bond.The dynamic polymers based on acylhydrazone bond have potential applications in self-healing materials,controlled drug release,and so on,and therefore have attracted extensive attention.In this paper,the acrylpimaric acid-based dihydrazide(APA-(CONHNH2)2)gelator was synthesized using rosin as starting material,and then the rosin-based polymer gel via acylhydrazone bond was prepared by the reaction of APA-(CONHNH2)2 with 3-arm polyethylene glycol(3-arm-PEG-CHO)gelatorhaving benzaldehyde end groups.The gel was characterized by FT-IR.The effect of the amount of acetic acid and the mass fraction of gelator on gel formation was investigated,and the swelling property,sol-gel reversible conversion,and selfhealing properties were determined.The results show that the gel formation time is shortened with the increase of the amount of acetic acid and the mass fraction of gelator;the swelling rate of gel reaches 489.9%,when the mass fraction of gelator is 20%;the gel is reversibly converted between sol and gel,and has good self-healing ability.
