摘 要:聚合物泡沫材料具有质量轻、隔热隔声等优异的综合性能,广泛应用于农业、工业、建筑等多个方面。随着科技的发展,国防、军工等使用环境苛刻的领域,对聚合物泡沫性能提出了越来越高的要求,例如耐高温、高力学强度等,因此开发高性能的耐高温结构泡沫成为重要的研究方向。文中介绍了几种主要的耐高温结构泡沫,包括酚醛泡沫、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺泡沫、硬质聚酰亚胺泡沫、聚醚酰亚胺泡沫、聚芳醚酮泡沫等,从制备方法、泡沫性能以及市场应用等几个方面,对各类泡沫的优缺点及研究进展做了综述,并对其未来发展进行了展望。Polymeric foams were widely applied in agriculture,industry,construction and other fields for their excellent properties,such as light weight,heat and sound insulation,etc.With the development of science and technology,the demands for polymeric foams are increasing in fields like national defense,military industry,and other harsh environment.Thus,the development of high-performance structural foams has become an important research direction.Actually,they have become indispensable parts of people’s lives.Several kinds of high-performance structural foams were introduced in this paper,including phenolic foam,polymethacrylimide foam,polyimide foam,polyetherimide foam,polyaryletherketone foam and some others.An overview was given about the foam performance,foaming mechanism,preparation technology,etc.The advantages and disadvantages of various types of foams and the research progress were reviewed.Finally,the future development of high-performance structural foams was prospected.
