摘 要:聚丙烯(PP)发泡材料具有轻质、缓冲、隔热隔音等优异性能,同时挤出发泡具有连续性和稳定性的特点,是效率最高的一种加工方式。但是相较其他加工方式,超临界CO2挤出发泡PP由于连续生产的特点,发泡条件要求很高,PP挤出发泡存在不少难点。文中对挤出发泡过程中存在的主要难点进行了分析,从PP结晶行为调控、CO2溶解性和熔体强度对发泡性能的影响等方面叙述了近年来国内外PP挤出发泡的研究动态,并对该领域今后的研究方向进行了展望。There are many excellent properties such as light weight,cushioning,heat insulation and sound insulation for polypropylene(PP)foaming materials.At the same time,extrusion foaming not only has the characteristics of continuity and stability,but also is the most efficient processing method.However,compared with other processing methods,supercritical CO2 extrusion foaming PP requires high foaming conditions due to the characteristics of continuous production,and PP extrusion foaming has many difficulties.In this paper,the main difficulties in the extrusion foaming process were analyzed.From the aspects of PP crystallization behavior regulation,CO2 solubility and the influence of melt strength on foaming properties,the research progress on PP extrusion foaming at home and abroad in recent years was reviewed.The future research direction of this field was prospected.
