摘　　要：王浆酸(10-羟基-2-癸烯酸,10-HDA)是由蜜蜂上颚腺分泌的一种不饱和脂肪酸,是蜂王浆特征性产物。10-HDA具有抗氧化、免疫增强、抗炎、抑菌、抗肿瘤、降血脂和降血压等作用,被广泛应用于医药保健和化妆产品之中。近年来,国内外学者采用动物水平及细胞水平试验,进一步明确了10-HDA的功能机制。本文归纳总结了10-HDA的化学性质、药理作用及开发现状,揭示了10-HDA潜在的药理作用,旨在为10-HDA的深入研究提供借鉴与参考,以期更好地将10-HDA用于医疗保健等相关研究。Royal jelly acid(10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid, 10-HDA) is an unsaturated fatty acid secreted by the maxillary gland of bees and is the characteristic product of royal jelly. 10-HDA has antioxidant,immune-enhancing, anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic effect. It also has anti-tumor, blood lipid lowering and blood pressure lowering effect,etc. 10-HDA is widely used in medical care and cosmetic products. In recent years, researchers at home and abroad clarifed the functional mechanism of 10-HDA at the animal level and cellular level. This paper summarized the chemical characteristics,pharmacological actions and developing situation of 10-HDA,revealed the potential pharmacological actions of 10-HDA. The purpose is to provide reference for the in-depth study and better utilizationof 10-HDA in medical care and other related research.
