摘　　要：文化产业因其天然的低污染、低损耗性已成丽水打开"两山"通道,践行高质量绿色发展的重要途径。本文就现阶段丽水市文化产业发展的现状进行剖析与总结,提出从谋划顶层设计、优化产业体系、强化营销手段和发掘高端人才这4个方面的应对策略,以有助于推动丽水文化产业的可持续发展。Developing cultural industry has become a crucial approach for the high-quality development in Lishui in the context of the realization of"Two Mountains" Theory for the industry's characteristics of low pollution and consumption.Based on an analysis of the current situation of the development of the industry in Lishui,this paper proposes 4 countermeasures such as scheming top-level design,optimizing industrial system,intensifying marketing and seeking high-end talents cultivation,in the hope of offering conducive ideas to be drawn on while in government's policy-making regarding the sustainable development of the industry.
