摘  要:分别采用奇异函数法及车削试验研究车削工件的静态与动态弯曲变形.运用奇异函数的相关理论建立了车削工件在有、无顶针约束时的弯矩方程,利用积分法及奇异函数的运算法则推导出车削工件含有4个待定参数的变形方程,利用边界条件在Mathcad软件中编程,得到了工件在有、无顶针约束时弯曲变形的时变方程,绘制出工件在移动车削载荷作用下的变形曲线.搭建工件车削变形动态测试系统,利用涡电流位移传感器拾取车削工件自由端的动变形.研究表明,考虑车削振动后的动变形远远高于积分法计算得到的静变形.The static and dynamic bending deformations of turning work-pieces are studied by singular function method and turning experiments respectively.Based on the theory of singular function,the moment equation of turning work-piece with or without ejector constraint is established.The deformation equation of turning work-piece with four undetermined parameters is deduced by using the integral method and the operation rule of singular function.The time-varying equation of bending deformation of turning work-piece with or without ejector constraint is obtained by programming in Mathcad software with boundary conditions,and the deformation curve of work-piece under the action of moving turning load is drawn.A dynamic measurement system of turning deformation of the work-piece is built,and the eddy current displacement sensor is used to pick up the dynamic deformation at the free end of the turning work-piece.The research shows that the dynamic deformation considering turning vibration is much higher than the static deformation calculated by integral method.
