江苏师范大学体教专业学生篮球裁判水平现状分析

摘　　要：篮球比赛中,裁判员是主要参与者和执法者,裁判员执裁水平的高低,直接影响着球员技、战术水平的发挥、球队作风的形成及篮球运动本身的发展。本文主要采用了文献资料法、访谈法和观察法,对该校学生裁判员裁判水平进行分析,找出导致水平较低的原因,并有针对性地提出改善意见和建议。该校篮球裁判员队伍的整体水平在徐州市的几所高校中并不突出,裁判水平亟待提高。本文通过了解与分析该校体育教育专业学生篮球裁判员的现状水平,为该校裁判队伍建设与水平提高提出有益的建议。In the basketball match,the referee is the main participant and law-executor,the referee’s level directly affects the players’technical and tactical level,the style of team and the development of basketball itself.By using the methods of literature,interview and observation,this paper analyzes the level of basketball referees in this school,finds out the reasons for the lower level,and puts forward some well-directed suggestions for improvement.The overall level of basketball referees in this school is not prominent in several colleges in Xuzhou,the referee level needs to be improved.In this paper,through the understanding and analysis of the current situation of the basketball referees of the physical education major students in this school,it puts forward some useful suggestions for the construction and improvement of the referee team.
