摘　　要：近些年,学校体育教育改革对学生的核心素养培养力度非常大。然而,忽略了对于我国体育教师核心素养的培育。越来越多的体育教师缺少责任心,以及对个人价值体现的忽略。本文通过查找文献的方式,对我国中学体育教师核心素养的相关概念进行总结和分析,并通过讨论的方式对我国中学体育教师核心素养建设的提升方面提出几点建议,为年轻体育教师进入到工作岗位更好地摆正自己的人生观和价值观提供更多的理论依据。In recent years,the reform of school physical education has made great efforts to cultivate students’core literacy.However,it ignores the cultivation of the core literacy of physical education teachers in our country.More and more physical education teachers lack sense of responsibility and neglect of personal value.This paper summarizes and analyzes the related concepts of the core literacy of middle school physical education teachers in our country by looking up the literature,and puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the core literacy construction of middle school physical education teachers in our country through the way of discussion,so as to provide more theoretical basis for young physical education teachers to better correct their outlook on life and values.
