项目管理模式下《工程项目管理》课程教学方法改革研究

摘　　要：本文采用项目管理思想及模式对《工程项目管理》课程的教学方法改革进行研究,通过教学过程与项目管理过程的相似性,将教学过程看做是项目实施过程,引入"项目经理责任制"使教学过程更贴近于项目实施过程。设立项目经理及项目团队,按项目管理知识体系及工程实际案例内容布置团队任务,目的是以学生为中心,让学习融入到课程学习全过程中,使学生积极主动地掌握专业知识,提高学生学习、应用和协作等各方面的能力。This paper adopts the thought and mode of project management to study the teaching method reform of "Project Management" course,and Through the similarity between the teaching process and the project management process,the teaching process is regarded as the project implementation process,and the"Project Manager Responsibility"is introduced."Project Manager Responsibility"makes the teaching process closer to the project implementation process.Set up project managers and project teams to manage the knowledge system according to the project.The purpose is to take students as the center,so that learning can be integrated into the whole process of course learning,To enable students to actively master professional knowledge and improve their abilities in learning,application and cooperation.
