嘉峪关地区铁路车站作业分工及扩能方案研究

摘　　要：嘉峪关铁路枢纽是兰新铁路上的重要地区性铁路枢纽,但是枢纽内车站功能交叉重叠,设备能力与需求不匹配,点线能力不协调,制约兰新铁路运输能力。通过分析嘉峪关地区铁路车站的设备现状、客货运量和存在的问题,按照专业化的原则,提出嘉峪关地区铁路车站作业分工优化方案,嘉峪关南站办理全部客运作业,嘉峪关站只办理兰新铁路干线列车技术作业,绿化站办理地区货物到发作业。基于优化的车站作业分工方案,提出2个嘉峪关南站扩能改造方案,经过比选推荐采用嘉峪关南站高速场和普速场合场设置,并适当增加到发线和站台数量方案作为嘉峪关南站的扩能改造方案,提高嘉峪关地区铁路运输能力。As an essential regional hub on Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway,the capacity of the railway is restricted by the disadvantages of the hub,including overlapping of station functions,inadequate equipment capacity to meet the demand,and uncoordinated capacity between stations and lines.Based on an analysis of the equipment status,passenger and cargo volume and existing problems of the railway stations in Jiayuguan Area,in line with the principle of specialization,this paper puts forward division of work for the stations in the region:all passenger transport operations will be handled at Jiayuguan South Station,while technical operations will only be handled at Jiayuguan Station for the trains running along Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway,and the local freight operations will be handled at Lyuhua Station.Accordingly,to improve the railway transportation capacity of Jiayuguan Area,this paper also puts forward two capacity expansion plans for Jiayuguan South Station and recommended the one which is to integrate the high-speed yard into the standard-speed yard with properly higher carrying and platform capacity.
