摘  要:近年来,国内燃煤电厂为满足NOX超低排放的要求,锅炉整体低氧运行,对冲燃烧锅炉侧墙水冷壁高温腐蚀问题呈爆发态势。尽管大多数锅炉进行了燃烧优化调整试验,将靠侧墙燃烧器拉杆开至100%、中间区域燃烧器拉杆关至30%,但靠侧墙区域仍然缺风严重,尾部靠侧边区域CO排放浓度接近2000μL/L,运行中无有效调整手段,对锅炉的安全运行带来隐患,对机组的整体发电效率产生了极大的影响。In recent years,in order to meet the requirements of ultra-low NOX emission,the low oxygen operation of the boiler as a whole has led to the outbreak of high temperature corrosion of the water wall on the side wall of the combustion boiler.Although most of the boilers have carried out the combustion optimization adjustment test,the pull rod of the side wall burner is turned on to 100%and the pull rod of the middle area burner is turned off to 30%,but the side wall area is still seriously short of air,the CO emission concentration of the tail side area is close to 2000μL/L,and there is no effective adjustment section in operation,which brings hidden danger to the safe operation of the boiler and greatly produces the overall generation effi ciency of the unit The impact of.
