简易太极操在冠心病合并糖尿病患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨简易太极操干预方法在冠心病合并糖尿病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后康复中的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样法选取某医院冠心病合并糖尿病患者142例为研究对象,按病区分为对照组72例,干预组70例。对照组给予常规护理措施和运动指导,干预组在常规护理基础上实施6个月简易太极操干预。比较两组患者日常生活能力、六分钟步行试验及生活质量。结果干预组冠心病合并糖尿病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后日常生活能力改善(P<0.05);六分钟步行试验评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01);生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论简易太极操可以改善冠心病合并糖尿病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后的日常生活能力和心脏功能状态,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of simple Tai Chi exercise in the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes after PCI.Methods A total of 142 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus in a hospital were selected as the study objects by convenient sampling method,and were divided into the control group(72 cases)and the intervention group(70 cases).The control group was given routine nursing measures and exercise guidance,and the intervention group was given simple Tai Chi exercise intervention for 6 months on the basis of routine nursing.Daily living ability,six-minute walking test and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results In the intervention group,the daily living ability of patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes improved after PCI(P<0.05).The score of the 6-minute walking test was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Scores of all dimensions of quality of life were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Simple Tai Chi exercise can improve the ability of daily life and heart function of patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes after PCI and improve the quality of life of patients.
