摘 要:电动给水泵是火力发电厂的关键设备,也是最大的耗电设备之一。在分析传统电动给水泵调速方案的基础上,基于高压变频调速技术对电动给水泵进行了节能改造。介绍了三种节能改造方案,并进行了技术性能对比。通过工程实践,验证了基于高压变频调速技术进行电动给水泵节能改造的可行性。Motor driven feed pump is the key equipment of the thermal power plant and one of the largest power consuming equipment.Based on the analysis of the traditional speed control scheme for motor driven feed pump,the energy saving transformation of motor driven feed pump was carried out based on the high voltage frequency control technology.Three energy saving transformation schemes were introduced,and their technical performances were compared.Through engineering practice,the feasibility of energy saving transformation of motor driven feed pump based on high voltage frequency control technology was verified.
