摘　　要：在阴极电泳涂漆生产线上,经前序工艺处理后的无序散装工件由人工进行装盘作业,劳动强度大,效率低,无法满足企业生产需求。针对这一现状,设计了阴极电泳涂漆生产线自动装板机。介绍了自动装板机中的工件自动顺向排序装置和工件对中装置,并进行了样机试验。这一设备通过机电一体化控制,能够在阴极电泳涂漆生产线上取代人工操作,将无序散装的工件自动装盘,满足阴极电泳涂漆生产线的工艺质量要求。In the cathode electrophoretic coating production line,the disordered workpiece in bulk after the preorder process treatment is manually loaded into the tray,which has high labor intensity and low efficiency,and cannot meet the production needs of the enterprise.In response to this situation,an automatic loading machine for the cathode electrophoretic coating production line was designed.The automatic workpiece forward sorting device and the workpiece centering device in the automatic loading machine were introduced,and the prototype test was carried out.This equipment can replace the manual operation on the cathode electrophoretic coating production line through electromechanical integration control.It can automatically load the tray with workpiece in random order to meet the process quality requirements of the cathode electrophoretic coating line.
