生态环境污染防治战略及经济高质量协同发展研究——以沘江流域(云龙段)为例

摘　　要：根据云南省生态环境污染的现实状况,选取沘江流域(云龙段)为例,围绕生态环境污染防治战略与经济高发展之间的协同关系,分析了目前存在的核心问题,从产业结构优化升级、政府的推动主导作用及多尺度生态环境污染防止战略三个方面,提出应对措施及建议。The ecological environment of Yunnan province is fragile and the pollution prevention and control situation are severe,which have restricted the sustainable development of economy and society in a certain degree.According to the present situation of ecological environment pollution in Yunnan province,selecting the Pijiang River Basin(Yunlong section)as an example,the surrounding ecological environment pollution control strategies and the high economic development in the coordinated relationship were studied.Based on the core of the existing problems,from the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,the government s leading role and multi-scale ecological environment pollution prevention strategy,countermeasures and Suggestions were put forward in order to achieve the ecological green development and promote economic coordinated high quality development mechanism at the same time.
