摘 要:以某造纸厂在建项目的成品纸自动化立体仓库的入库输送系统为研究对象,利用PC作为公共平台,以FlexSim软件为工具。为了得到较合理的系统布局及设备配置,对项目原方案进行了建模、仿真,分析了系统的阻塞及空闲,寻找可行的改善策略,得出优化后的系统方案,并通过对比优化前后方案的统计数据对优化结果进行验证。不仅得到了该输送系统的优化方案,而且证明了在建设项目前期规划时,采用仿真软件进行方案规划是方便、快捷并行之有效的手段。Taking the warehousing and conveying system of AS/RS of finished paper in a paper mill s project under construction as research object,using the PC as public platform,and the FlexSim software as tool.Modeled and simulated the original scheme of the project,analyzed the blocking and idle of the system,found feasible improvement strategies,got the optimized system plan,and compared the statistical data before and after optimization to verify the optimization results.Not only the optimization scheme of the transportation system is obtained,but also the simulation software is proved to be a convenient,fast and effective method in the early planning of the construction project.
