摘 要:针对复杂空间环境中卫星材料出气导致的分子污染问题,以某近地卫星载荷在轨测试为例,在讨论卫星轨道漂移的基础上,详细分析辐射制冷器地球屏、一级与二级冷块温度变化情况,重点关注二级冷块自然冷却段参数,并建立分子污染下的温度估计模型,最后结合实际数据进行检验。结果表明,二级冷块温度零值约为75.53 K,自然冷却因子与零值分别接近0.07 h^-1与26.71 K,分子污染因子与零值在0.06 h^-1与6.90×10^-14K左右;预测冷却90 h后,器件最低温度值可达到75.62 K以下,这一数值比在轨测试结果约低0.47 K;分子污染影响完全可以忽略不计,辐射制冷器在轨性能优异,能够满足载荷工作需求。With respect to molecular contamination influenced by material outgassing due to Low Earth Orbit satellite in space environment,an on-orbit payload test is sampled from a spacecraft running on sun synchronous orbit. Details on orbit element variation such as semi major axis perturbance and Local Time of Descending Node shift and so on are discussed to analyze the temperature of the radiant cooler containing the earth shield,and the first and the second stage. Focusing on the second stage temperature varying,a model is built to estimate the environmental temperature of the molecularly contaminated radiant cooler. With the flight data,results illustrate that the second stage temperature has a zero value of about 75.53 K,and a natural degradation zero value closing to 26.71 K with a factor nearing 0.07 h^-1,and a molecular contamination zero value approximating to 6.90×10^-14 K with a factor about 0.06 h^-1. After cooling about 90 h,it is predicted that the minimum temperature of the device can be 75.62 K lower than the test result about 0.47 K. According to the estimation,the results prove that the radiant cooler performance due to the molecular contamination that can be totally ignored is excellent to satisfy the payload requirements.
