摘  要:自2019年12月以来,新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)已引起全球大流行。我国最新COVID-19诊疗方案指出,在相对封闭的环境中长时间暴露于高浓度气溶胶情况下存在经气溶胶传播的可能。气溶胶是固体或液体颗粒在气体中的悬浮物,由于其空气动力学直径小,易在下呼吸道沉积,与飞沫相比更易引起肺炎等严重疾病。本文对生物气溶胶作文献复习并阐述其对COVID-19防护带来的启示。The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has now caused a global pandemic since it appeared in December 2019.According to the latest Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for COVID-19 in China,the possibility of aerosol transmission exists under the condition of prolonged exposure to high concentrations of aerosol in a relatively closed environment.Aerosols are suspensions in air of solid or liquid particles.Due to their small aerodynamic diameter,bioaerosols are prone to deposit in the lower respiratory tract and are more likely to cause severe diseases such as pneumonia than droplets.This review will brush up on the literature on bioaerosols and expound its implications for the protection of COVID-19.
