永磁无源中频焊机工频方波稳压电源的研制

摘　　要：永磁无源中频焊机的工频方波稳压电源是将中频发电机辅助电源绕组发出的幅度变化的中频三相交流电变换为幅值为230 V左右的工频方波交流电。主电路采用电力电子中的交直交拓扑结构,控制电路采用专用PWM脉冲产生芯片,加强了电路的抗强电磁干扰能力。稳压的基本思想是采用闭环反馈控制的方法。采集输出工频方波电压,来调节PWM脉冲产生电路的PWM脉冲的占空比,以达到输出方波电压值稳定的目的。通过实验样机的测试表明,各项性能指标均达到预定要求,系统的抗干扰能力强。运用电力电子变换的方法解决了过去必须在无源焊机上增设工频发电机来解决220 V工频电源的问题,大大降低了成本,减小了无源焊机的体积,给工程施工带来了极大的方便。50 Hz square-wave AC power of permanent magnet passive intermediate frequency welding machine change the intermediate frequency three-phase AC generated by auxiliary power winding to 230 V AC square wave.Main circuit uses the AC-DC-AC topology,and the control circuit uses a dedicated chip of PWM pulse generator to enhance the circuit’s resistance to strong electromagnetic interference.The basic idea uses the closed feedback control method.50 Hz output voltage is collected to adjust the PWM pulse duty of the PWM pulse generation circuit to achieve the stable square-wave output voltage.Tests show that the performance meets the requirements and the system has the strong anti-interference ability.The use of power electronics transformation method solves the past problem which the 50 Hz AC generator must be added on the welding machine to solve 230 V 50 Hz AC power,reduces cost and volume of passive machine,and brings convenience to the engineering construction.
