资源优化配置下的高校国有资产管理改革探究

摘　　要：高校资源配置与资产管理问题是相辅相成、共成一体的细节性问题,具有协同性、关联性和一致性。当前,高校国有资产管理改革发展过程中亟需面临解决资源合理利用和配置的难题,从资源优化配置的理论溯源、方式结构和思想阐述等方面入手,加以探究我国高校国有资产管理内涵,并基于运用资源优化配置促进高校国有资产管理改革创新发展。The problem of resource allocation and asset management in colleges and universities is a problem which is complementary and integrated,and it is of synergy,relevance and consistency.At present,in the course of the reform and development of state-owned assets management in colleges and universities,it is urgent to solve the problem of rational utilization and optimal allocation of resources.This paper probes into the connotation of state-owned assets management in colleges and universities from the aspects of theory tracing,mode structure and thought expounding,and promotes the innovation and development of state-owned assets management based on the optimal allocation of resources.
