摘 要:在车辆开发过程的开关门耐久试验中,尾门系统经常会出现激光钎焊耐久开裂的问题,但是目前由于缺少激光钎焊耐久性能的预测手段,无法对其寿命做精确的评估。为了更好地支持车辆的正向设计开发,文章针对这一问题,基于应力/寿命疲劳评估法建立了激光钎焊耐久性能的预测方法,获取了两种类型焊接形式的S/N曲线,并通过试验对标验证了该方法的有效性。The problem of laser brazing cracking often occurs in the lift gate system during the opening and closing durability test in the vehicle development process.However,due to the lack of the prediction method,it is impossible to accurately evaluate the durability performance.In order to better support the development of vehicles,a prediction method for the durability of laser brazing based on the S/N fatigue assessment method is established,the S/N curves of two types of welding forms are obtained,and the effectiveness of this method is verified through the test benchmarking.
