摘  要:目的探讨水产品中分离出的副溶血弧菌与腹泻患者分离出的副溶血弧菌的相关性。方法通过血清学分型、聚合酶链反应检测、药敏试验和脉冲场凝胶电泳同源性分析348份水产品中分离出的副溶血弧菌与重庆市南岸区25例腹泻患者分离出的副溶血弧菌的相关性。结果从348份水产品中分离鉴定出21株副溶血弧菌,检出率为6.0%;从重庆市南岸区25例腹泻患者样本中分离鉴定出25株副溶血弧菌。46株分离株以O4抗原血清型为主,占56.5%(26/46);46株分离株均携带不耐热溶血毒素毒力基因,腹泻患者的分离株还携带相对耐热直接溶血毒素(TDH)或相对耐热直接溶血毒素毒力基因;46株分离株对头孢唑啉全部耐药,对氨苄西林部分耐药或中度敏感;腹泻患者同源性较高,水产品带型多、相似度低,亲缘关系不紧密。结论重庆市南岸区水产品和食品监测样品的副溶血弧菌污染率不高,水产品中副溶血弧菌分离株致病力较弱,腹泻患者的分离株致病力较强,血清型、耐药性和同源性无明显相关性,只有突发公共卫生事件同批次腹泻患者的分离株同源性存在极高的相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from aquatic products and vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from diarrhea patients.Methods The correlation between vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from 348 samples of aquatic products and vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from 25 cases of diarrhea in the Nan′an District of Chongqing City was analyzed by the serological typing,polymerase chain reaction(PCR),drug sensitivity test and PFGE homology analysis.Results Twenty-one strains of vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated from 348 samples of aquatic products with the detection rate of 6.0%;25 strains of vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated from 25 cases of diarrhea in the Nan′an District of Chongqing City.The 46 isolated strains were mainly the O4 antigen serotype,accounting for 56.5%;46 isolated strains all carried the TLH virulence genes,and the isolated strains from diarrhea cases also carried TDH or TRH virulence genes;All 46 isolated strains were resistant to cefazolin and partially resistant to ampicillin or neutrally sensitive;the patients with diarrhea had higher homology,while the aquatic products had more band patterns,lower similarity and less kinship.Conclusion The contamination rate of vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products and food monitoring samples in Nan′an District of Chongqing City is not high,the pathogenic capacity of vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from aquatic products is weak,the pathogenic ability of isolated strain from diarrhea cases is strong,and there is no obvious correlation between serological type,drug resistance,and homology.Only in the emergency public health events the homology of isolated strains in the same batches of diarrhea cases has extremely high correlation.
