急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清ApoA5水平变化特点及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血清载脂蛋白A5(ApoA5)水平变化特点及临床意义。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月该院收治的ACS患者84例(ACS组)和稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者67例(SAP组),同时选取健康体检者80例作为对照组,检测3组血脂、血清ApoA5水平等;同时比较ACS组不同冠状动脉病变程度患者血清ApoA5水平。结果与对照组比较,SAP组和ACS组患者总胆固醇(TC)水平和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显增高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);ACS组患者血清ApoA5水平明显低于对照组和SAP组,ACS组重度狭窄患者血清ApoA5水平明显低于轻度和中度患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);ACS组患者ApoA5与冠状动脉狭窄程度评分、TC均呈负相关(r=-0.462、-0.488,P<0.05)。结论ACS患者血清ApoA5水平明显降低,与患者冠状动脉病变程度、TC水平具有一定相关性。Objective To investigate the change characteristics of serum apolipoprotein A5(ApoA5)level and clinical significance in the patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods Eighty-four patients with ACS(ACS group)and 67 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP group)treated in this hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected,meanwhile 80 subjects undergoing the healthy physical examination were selected as the control group.The levels of serum lipids and ApoA5 were detected in the three groups;meanwhile the serum ApoA5 levels were compared among the patients with different coronary artery lesions in the ACS group.Results Compared with the control group,the total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in the SAP group and ACS group were significantly increased,while the high density lipoprotein cholesterol level was significantly decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum ApoA5 level in the ACS group was significantly lower than that in the control group and SAP group(P<0.05);the serum ApoA5 level in the patients with severe stenosis of the ACS group was significantly lower than that in the patients with mild and moderate stenosis,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ApoA5 levelin the ACS group had a negative correlation with the coronary arterial stenosis score and TC(r=-0.462 and-0.488,P<0.05).Conclusion The serum ApoA5 level in ACS patients is significantly decreased,which has a certain correlation with the severity degree of coronary artery lesion and TC level.
