摘 要:为解决传统的以Al3+溶液作为交联剂的油基压裂液存在需要二次成胶并且成胶的时间较长的问题,选择以Fe3+溶液作为油基压裂液交联剂替代Al3+离子溶液。通过复配试验对交联剂体系配方进行了优选,得到性能较好的交联剂体系配方(w)为25%硫酸铁+10%乙二醇+15%柠檬酸钠+50%去离子水。采用柴油作为油基压裂液基液,加入(w)0.5%稠化剂AP-1,(w)1%硫酸铁复配溶液交联剂体系,其形成凝胶时间为120 s,凝胶黏度为271.8 mPa·s,符合成胶时间与凝胶黏度的要求。In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional oil-based fracturing fluid using Al3+solution as crosslinking agent,such as requirement of secondary gel formation and long gel formation time,the Fe3+solution is chosen to replace Al3+solution and be used as crosslinking agent.The formulas of crosslinking agent system are optimized by compound tests,and the optimum formula with good performance is obtained as follows(mass fraction):25%iron sulfate+10%ethylene glycol+15%sodium citrate+50%deionized water.Using diesel as base fluid,adding 0.5%mass fraction of thickening agent AP-1 and 1%mass fraction of iron sulfate compound crosslinking agent system,the gel formation time is 120 s and the gel viscosity is 271.8 mPa·s,which conform to the requirement of gel formation time and gel viscosity.
