摘 要:为解决高含硫集输系统依靠现有标准法规检验不足的问题,研究了集输系统设备潜在的主要腐蚀机理。将装置分为含饱和水气相系统和酸性水系统,分析了酸性气腐蚀影响因素以及工艺流型判定方法,明确了高酸气田酸性气损伤模式判定原则,并提出了相应的检验策略。与现场实际的检验数据对比结果表明,酸性气腐蚀判定与现场检验基本一致,为高含硫气田设备腐蚀管控的有效开展提供了指导。In order to solve the problem of the high sour gas gathering and transmission system relies on the existing standards and regulations,the potential main corrosion mechanism of the gathering and transmission system equipment is studied.The equipment is divided into saturated water gas phase system and acid water system.The influencing factors of acid gas corrosion and the determination method of process flow pattern are analyzed.The determination principle of acid gas damage mode in high sour gas field is defined,and the corresponding inspection strategy is proposed.Through the field inspection and verification,the results show that the problems found in the field inspection are largely consistent with the previous analysis results,which provides guidance for the effective development of corrosion control of high sulfur gas field equipment.
