摘  要:为了找到对硝基氯苯变色的原因,对对硝基氯苯变色试样进行了分析,检测到邻氯苯胺、2,5-二氯硝基苯、2,4-二硝基氯苯、2,2’-二氯氧化偶氮苯(DOB)、2,2’-二氯偶氮苯(DAB)等变色物质。分析了对硝基氯苯变色的机理,通过全流程高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测,发现产生变色杂质最多的部位在结晶真空尾气管,证实了邻氯苯胺和对氯苯胺是引起对硝基氯苯变色的主要因素。结合生产实际,提出了从结晶循环水防腐蚀、结晶真空尾气管防腐蚀、控制体系水分含量等3个方面建立防腐蚀体系,并在实际生产中应用,取得了较好的效果,产品颜色由棕色变为浅黄色,产品质量符合要求。In order to find out the reason for the discoloration of p-nitrochlorobenzene,the discoloration samples of p-nitrochlorobenzeneare analyzed,and some discoloration substances such as o-chloroaniline,2,5-dichloronitrobenzene,2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene,2,2’-dichloroazobenzene(DOB)and 2,2’-dichloroazobenzene(DAB)are detected.The discoloration mechanism of p-nitrochlorobenzeneis analyzed.Through the whole process of HPLC detection,it is found that the most impurities produced in discoloration-crystallization vacuum exhaust pipe,which confirmed that o-chloroaniline and p-chloroaniline are the main factors causing the discoloration of p-nitrochlorobenzene.Combined with the production practice,it is proposed to establish the anticorrosion system from three aspects:anticorrosion of crystal circulating water,anticorrosion of crystallization vacuum tail gas pipe and control of water content of the system.The system has been applied in practical production and achieved good results.The product color changes from brown to light yellow,and the product quality meets the requirements.
