盐酸氨溴索联合美普清治疗小儿肺炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的应用盐酸氨溴索加美普清开展小儿肺炎(CP)的疗效分析。方法选取开封市妇幼保健院2019年1月—2019年12月收治的82例CP患儿为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为B组与A组各41例。A组采用常规治疗联合盐酸氨溴索,B组在A组基础上联合美普清治疗。比较治疗7 d后,两组患儿疗效评估差异;比较两组患儿高热状态解除、影像学变化及入院天数评估差异;比较治疗前及治疗7 d后,两组患儿血清炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平变化;比较治疗7 d内,两组患儿药物不良反应发生情况差异。结果治疗7 d后,B组患儿疗效明显优于A组;B组患儿高热状态解除、影像学变化及入院天数均明显短于A组;治疗7 d后,两组患儿CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均较治疗前显著降低,且B组明显低于同一时间A组;治疗7 d内,两组患儿恶心呕吐、消化不良、头晕发生率比较无统计学意义。结论盐酸氨溴索联合美普清治疗CP,有效提高疗效,加快患儿机体恢复速度,减少炎性因子,未见明显药物不良反应。Objective To analyze the efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride plus meptin in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods Tltally 82 potients with CPwere selected as the research object,and they were divided into group B and group A according to the random number table method,41 cases each.Group A was treated with conventional treatment combined with ambroxol hydrochloride,and group B was combined with meptin on the basis of group A.After 7 days of treatment,the difference in efficacy evaluation between the two groups of children was compared.Compare the differences in the release of hyperthermia,imaging changes,and admission days between the two groups of children.Compare the changes of serum inflammatory factors(CRP,IL-6,TNF-α)in the two groups of children before and after 7 days of treatment.Within 7 days of treatment,the differences in adverse drug reactions between the two groups were compared.Results After 7 days of treatment,the efficacy of the children in group B was significantly better than that in group A.The release of hyperthermia,imaging changes and days of admission in group B were significantly shorter than those in group A.After 7 days of treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αin the two groups of children were significantly lower than before treatment,and group B was significantly lower than group A at the same time.Within 7 days of treatment,the incidence of nausea,vomiting,indigestion,and dizziness in the two groups of children was not statistically significant.Conclusion sAmbroxol hydrochloride combined with meptin in the treatment of CP can effectively improve the curative effect,accelerate the recovery rate of children,reduce inflammatory factors,and have no obvious adverse drug reactions.
